The student must have passed Class 12 (or equivalent) with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and a strong academic record.

University Admission Assessment
Selection is based on the university's assessment of Class 12 results in Biology and Chemistry; some universities hold an online entrance test or interview. A valid NEET score is required under NMC rules before enrolling.

The programme is taught in English; universities typically require IELTS/TOEFL or their own English assessment where prior schooling was not in English.
