NEET PG 2026 Scorecard: What Each Number Means
Your NEET PG 2026 scorecard, number by number
The scorecard stays online six months only
NBEMS opened the NEET PG 2026 scorecard on 1 October 2026 and hosts it for six months from issue. After that, requests for a copy are refused outright.
Your score is real marks this year
NEET PG 2026 ran in a single shift, so the scorecard shows the marks you actually scored out of 720. In 2025 the paper ran in several shifts and raw marks were never shown.
Percentile is a position, not a mark
The NEET PG 2026 Information Bulletin defines percentile as the candidates who scored the same as you or less, divided by everyone who appeared, times 100.
Rank comes from marks, then tie-breakers
NBEMS works out the rank from actual marks scored. Where two candidates finish level, a fixed list of tie-breakers decides, and one of them is your MBBS percentage.
The cut-off was 262 out of 720
For NEET PG 2026 the qualifying mark is 262 for General and EWS candidates, 244 for General PwBD, and 226 for SC, ST and OBC candidates.
A low score is not the end of the year
In each of the last three cycles the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare had the qualifying percentile lowered during counselling, because seats were still lying empty.
