NEET PG 2026: the answer key you can finally see

The answer key opened on 1 October

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences published the NEET PG 2026 answer key on 1 October, under a Supreme Court order of 29 April 2025. It sits in your login.

You can see what you marked on each question

The key shows the question ID, whether you answered it or left it blank, the correct option ID, and the option you actually marked, for every question in your paper.

Each question carries 4, minus 1, or 0

The key gives the score awarded for every question under the marking scheme: 4 for a correct answer, minus 1 for a wrong one, and 0 for a question left blank.

Your paper is not your neighbour's

Questions are shuffled inside each section, and the options are shuffled too. The same question ID can sit elsewhere, and the correct option ID can differ between candidates.

The scorecard disappears after six months

Scorecards have been downloadable since 1 October and stay on the website for six months from the date of issue. They are not posted or emailed, so save your own copy.

Every question was checked after the exam

Faculty in each speciality reviewed every question in both NEET PG 2026 papers after the exam, rechecking the questions and the keys. None was found technically incorrect.
