A First in NEET PG History

NBEMS has never released an official NEET PG answer key before. As per the 2026 information bulletin, it will publish one this year in compliance with a Supreme Court order.

What You Will Get

NBEMS will release the answer key along with your response sheet and raw scores at natboard.edu.in. Log in with your application number and password to access all three.

What You Will Not Get

The question paper itself will not be released. Only the answer key, the response sheet and question IDs are shared, citing confidentiality of the question bank.

Calculate Your Own Score

The paper carried 180 questions for 720 marks across five sections of 36 questions each. Four marks for a correct answer, minus one for a wrong one, zero for a blank.

The Paper Was Tough

Candidates and experts rated NEET PG 2026 moderate to tough. It was lengthy and conceptual, heavy on long clinical scenarios and integrated questions, with very few image-based and no video-based questions.

Jaipur Gets a Re-Exam

The exam could not be completed at iON Digital Zone centres in Jaipur after an internal power failure. NBEMS has scheduled a re-examination for affected candidates on September 5 at 3 pm.

The Numbers

NBEMS conducted NEET PG 2026 for 2,65,980 registered candidates at 1,111 centres across 338 cities. The exam was completed for around 2,63,535 of them. Results are due by September 30.
