Registration with the Medical Students Association of India is about Rs. 1,000. That opens up exchanges, capacity building workshops and roles inside the federation itself.

Exchanges are the part worth planning early

SCOPE runs professional exchanges in clinical departments abroad and SCORE runs research exchanges in laboratories. Both are open to members and take months to set up.

Standing committees carry the real work

The federation runs standing committees on public health, on reproductive health, on human rights and on medical education. Each one takes volunteers from member colleges.

Your own college is the first network you have

Your batch, your seniors and your department faculty are the people who write your references and flag openings. That network gets built on the wards, not online.
