The third FMGE of 2026 was held on 31 October. NBEMS's own bulletin sets the result for 30 November 2026 at the latest, on natboard.edu.in. Here is what will be published and what to do while you wait.
Exam held on 31 October in two parts of 150

The information bulletin's dates table reads "Declaration of Result by 30-11-2026". NBEMS publishes Pass or Fail only. Part I and Part II marks are not released, and there is no re-totalling, re-evaluation or grace marks.
Pass mark is 150 out of 300
A candidate passes with a minimum of 150 marks out of 300. There is no percentile, no cut off that moves and no rank. Everyone who reaches 150 qualifies, in every session.
June 2026: about one in eight passed
NBEMS figures show 4,635 of about 36,300 candidates passed in June 2026, around 12.8 per cent. In December 2025, 10,264 of 42,868 passed, about 23.9 per cent. The paper is the same for every country of study.
Passed? Collect the pass certificate in person
Pass certificates are issued after in-person verification of documents, finger biometrics and Face ID, tentatively within four weeks of the result. The schedule goes up on the NBEMS website. Registration with a State Medical Council comes after that.
Did not pass? No attempt limit, next sitting is months away
NBEMS puts no limit on attempts, and the bulletin confirms FMGE is now held three times a year. Keep a copy of your admit card now, because it is removed from the portal once the October 2026 result is declared.
