8 Documents You Need for NEET UG Round 3 Registration
Eight documents you need for NEET UG Round 3 registration
1 and 2. Your NEET UG 2026 admit card and scorecard
Both are downloaded from the NTA portal. The scorecard carries the All India Rank that MCC uses to process your allotment, and the two documents must show the same roll number.
3 and 4. Class 10 and Class 12 certificates
The Class 10 certificate is accepted as date of birth proof. The Class 12 marksheet and passing certificate establish that you met the Physics, Chemistry and Biology requirement.
5. A government issued photo ID
Aadhaar, passport, PAN card or voter ID are accepted. The name on it should match the name on your NEET UG application, as a mismatch is the most common reason a registration is held up.
6 and 7. Passport photograph and scanned signature
A recent passport size photograph on a white background with the face clearly visible, plus a separate scanned signature. Both are uploaded as files, not typed or drawn on the portal.
8. Category or PwD certificate, where you are claiming one
SC, ST, OBC non-creamy layer and EWS candidates upload a valid category certificate. PwD candidates upload a disability certificate from a government notified authority. Candidates claiming nothing skip this one.
Reporting asks for more than registration does
At the allotted college you carry the MCC allotment letter, transfer certificate, character certificate, medical fitness certificate, a notarised anti-ragging affidavit, and 8 to 10 passport photographs.
