Yenepoya Medical College was founded in 1999 with approximately 100 MBBS students and became a constituent college of Yenepoya (a deemed-to-be-university) in 2009. Its MBBS intake grew to 150 in 2011 and 250 in 2023. The college offers undergraduate programmes, postgraduate courses across 23 departments and super-specialty courses in 3 departments.

How to Apply
Admission Process for MBBS
Admission to MBBS at Yenepoya (a deemed university) is through NEET-UG followed by deemed-university counselling by MCC. The ~250 seats include general management-quota, Muslim-minority-quota and NRI seats. Students register, submit documents and complete choice filling; seats are allotted via MCC. Selected candidates report to the college to complete admission formalities within the deadlines.
