Admission Process for MBBS
Admission to MBBS at RIMS Kadapa is entirely through NEET-UG merit. As a government college, seats are filled through two routes: the 15% All India Quota via MCC counselling and the 85% state quota via Dr. NTR / Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences (Andhra Pradesh) counselling. The campus also provides sports facilities, hostels for male and female students, and mess and dining facilities.

RIMS Kadapa was established by the Government of Andhra Pradesh in 2006 (functioning from 1 August 2006) at Kadapa, in the Rayalaseema region of southern Andhra Pradesh, upgrading the district hospital into a tertiary teaching institution.
