Dr. Pinnamaneni Siddhartha Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Foundation (Dr. PSIMS & RF), popularly known as Dr. P.S.I. Medical College, is an established private medical college near Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh. Established in 2002 and located at Chinna Avutapalli (Chinoutpalli) near Gannavaram in Krishna district, it is recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and affiliated to Dr. NTR / Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences, Vijayawada. The college admits 150 MBBS students each year and also runs a large postgraduate and super-specialty programme. Its teaching hospital, set up in 2003, has around 890 beds with NMC-approved super-specialty departments and advanced facilities including a 16-slice CT, a 1.5-Tesla MRI and a cath lab, giving students wide clinical exposure on a green 40-acre campus.

How to Apply
Admission Process for MBBS
Admission to MBBS at Dr. PSIMS is entirely through NEET-UG merit, with counselling conducted by Dr. NTR / Dr. YSR University of Health Sciences for Andhra Pradesh. Seats are filled across three quotas: the convener (state) quota at lower fees with local/domicile rules, the management quota at higher private fees, and the NRI quota in US dollars. Candidates apply through the state counselling process and choose Dr. PSIMS on NEET-UG rank, subject to the quota and category rules.
