Admission Process for MBBS
DMCH offers approximately 150 MBBS seats annually — about 75 filled through the government quota and the rest through the management quota. Students must qualify NEET-UG, then take part in counselling (choice filling, choice locking, and seat allotment). Allotted students report to the college to confirm admission and complete the formalities.

Roots in Arya Medical School (1934)
DMCH grew from the idea of Dr. Banarasi Dass Soni, a former captain in the Indian Military Services, who started Arya Medical School in 1934 in a rented building in Civil Lines, Ludhiana. In 1936, its management was handed to the Arya Samaj under the guidance of the Arya Pratinidhi Sabha.
