Dhubri Medical College & Hospital (DMCH) is a government medical college at Dhubri, in western Assam. Established in 2022 as the ninth government medical college of Assam, it was inaugurated by the President of India. It is recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC) and affiliated to Srimanta Sankaradeva University of Health Sciences (SSUHS), Guwahati. It admits about 100 MBBS students each year, filled purely on NEET-UG merit through the 15% All India Quota (MCC) and the 85% Assam state quota. How to Apply
Admission to MBBS at Dhubri Medical College is entirely through NEET-UG merit. As a government college, seats are filled through two routes: the 15% All India Quota via MCC counselling and the 85% Assam state quota via the Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Assam. There is no management or NRI quota.
The student must have passed Class 12 (10+2) with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as compulsory subjects, from a recognised board.

History
Dhubri Medical College was established in 2022 at Jhagrarpar, Dhubri (foundation stone 2017) as the ninth government medical college of Assam, inaugurated by the President of India.

Housing
