Bharati Vidyapeeth Medical College, Pune, was established in 1989 and is one of the oldest private medical colleges in the region. In April 1996, Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune, was granted Deemed status and the college became a constituent unit of the deemed university. It offers MBBS, 21 postgraduate and 7 super-specialty programs, plus fellowships and a PhD, and is listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools by the WHO.

How to Apply

Admission Process for MBBS

Admission to MBBS at Bharati Vidyapeeth (a deemed university) is through NEET-UG followed by deemed-university counselling conducted by DGHS/MCC, for both Indian and NRI students. Counselling includes registration, choice filling, locking and seat allotment, with second and third rounds if seats remain. Allotted students report to the college to complete admission formalities and confirm their seat.
