All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bilaspur
All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Bilaspur is the only AIIMS in Himachal Pradesh, set up under the PMSSY scheme. It is an Institute of National Importance in Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh, an autonomous central-government institute that awards its own MBBS degree and is approved by the National Medical Commission (NMC). It admits 100 MBBS students a year on NEET-UG merit and also runs postgraduate (MD/MS) programmes. It is approved by the NMC and does not currently feature in the NIRF Medical top 50. As a central AIIMS, tuition is nominal — around ₹6,000 a year. Clinical training runs at AIIMS Bilaspur Hospital, with around 750 beds.

Admission Process for MBBS
Admission to MBBS at All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bilaspur is entirely through NEET-UG merit. All seats are filled purely on NEET-UG merit through MCC (the Medical Counselling Committee) All-India counselling. There is no state quota, management quota or NRI quota.
