AIIMS Deoghar spreads over ~236 acres with academic infrastructure, hostels and residential areas. The multi-storey, centrally-air-conditioned academic block has 2 large lecture halls, a conference hall and departmental laboratories (anatomy dissection hall with embalming area; histology lab with 60 microscopes; simulation labs under development). AIIMS Deoghar Hospital has ~750 beds with a trauma centre, ~20 specialty/super-specialty departments, 15 OTs and a 30-bed AYUSH department, plus CT, MRI, X-ray, path labs, telemedicine and a blood bank. The central library (inaugurated 2025) holds 5,000+ resources with ~7 reading rooms and an e-library. There are cricket and football grounds, four residential hostels with attached mess and gym, and two mini-banks/ATMs on campus.
