AIIMS Bhubaneswar
AIIMS Bhubaneswar is one of the top AIIMS institutions after AIIMS Delhi and AIIMS Rishikesh. It was founded in 2012 under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY), starting alongside five other newly established AIIMS with the aim of reducing regional disparities in healthcare and education. How to Apply
Admission Process for MBBS
Each year, AIIMS Bhubaneswar admits 125 MBBS students. Admission is highly competitive and requires qualifying NEET-UG, after which students participate in counselling conducted by the Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) for All India Quota seats. Students register, submit documents, fill and lock their AIIMS Bhubaneswar choice, and seats are allotted on NEET rank, availability, and reservation policy before final reporting at the institute.

Announced in 2003
AIIMS Bhubaneswar's history started on 15 August 2003, when Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee announced, during his Independence Day speech, a plan to open six new AIIMS under the Pradhan Mantri Swasthya Suraksha Yojana (PMSSY). AIIMS Bhubaneswar was one of them, along with AIIMS Patna, Raipur, Bhopal, Jodhpur, and Rishikesh.

AIIMS Bhubaneswar has an on-campus residential complex with two girls' hostels, four boys' hostels, faculty and staff accommodation, and guest houses.
