Charles University in Prague was founded as early as 1348, making it the oldest university in Central Europe. As the largest medical educational institution in the Czech Republic, it has five medical faculties. Content and structure of the medical degree programme in the Czech Republic

Medical studies in the Czech Republic are similar to the structure of medical studies in Germany. The Duration of medical studies is also 6 years.
