How to Return/Replace an Order

Our e-learning courses for NEET are designed to ensure your success. However, if you need to return or replace an order, please follow the guidelines below:

  1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement: Courses may be returned or replaced if eligible as per the information provided on each course's page.

  2. Return Process: If your pin code is serviced by our return partners, the pickup will be arranged. Upon processing your return at our fulfillment center, you will receive a replacement course or a full refund as a shop credit or gift card, usable for future purchases at future-mbbs.com. Please note that any outbound shipping charges paid will not be refunded if the order is self-returned by the customer.

  3. Time Frame: We offer a refund and exchange within five days of the course delivery.

  4. Pickup Service: If our courier partner does not cover your area, you can self-ship your product using any reputed courier service. After your return is received at our fulfillment center, a replacement or full refund will be processed.

  5. Non-returnable Products: Courses marked as "Returnable:NO" cannot be returned. However, in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect courses delivered, we will provide a replacement. We may contact you to ascertain the damage or defect before issuing a replacement and reserve the right to pick up the product for assessment.

Refund:

  • The refund process will be initiated only after the courses are received by us in their original condition, with all seals, labels, and barcodes intact, and must be unused and undamaged. The refund will be processed within 24 hours of receiving the course.

Replacement:

  • Replacements will be processed within 48 hours after the request is raised.

Directions for Requesting Return/Replacement:

  1. Existing Customers: Go to the 'My Account' section on the website and select the return or replace option for your current order.
  2. Guest Accounts: Contact our customer service team to arrange a manual pickup by emailing info@future-mbbs.com. Customer service will arrange a pickup after receiving your request.
  3. Self-Return: If your pin code is not covered by our return pickup service, please self-return the product to our warehouse using your preferred courier.
  4. Include All Materials: Include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories with the course. The product and its packaging should be in re-saleable and brand-new condition.
  5. Quality Check: Refund or replacement will be initiated once the product reaches our fulfillment center and passes our quality check. The transit time for the returned package to reach our fulfillment center is generally 8-10 business days.

Order Cancellation:

  • Orders are eligible for cancellation if the request is received before the shipping of goods.
  • To cancel your order, go to the ‘My Account’ section on the website, select the order you wish to cancel, and choose the Cancel Order option. Refunds will be processed within 24 hours.
