Having been in existence for over 100 years, Stradins University has a long history! It is one of the few Universities in Latvia which attach importance to being traditionally integrated into the country's health system. Thus, it ensures the successful operation of the university, which is a prerequisite for an effective health system in Latvia. It enjoys relatively affordable Tuition fees and a high level of academic education. It is becoming increasingly popular with international students because of this.

It currently offers a complete professional training programme to over 10,000 students, which is characterised by student collaboration and active participation in group work.
